Squid Game is coming to Fortnite Reload on Friday, June 27, with a themed map based off of the show.

Releasing on the same day of the hit TV show’s third season, the Fortnite

Reload Squid Game event will have you and your squadmates reboot into familiar locations that you might’ve seen from the show. As the Squid Game collaboration is a Fortnite Reload event, you won’t see any themed locations in the regular Battle Royale or Zero Build modes, but you can get your hands on some Squid Game outfits in the item shop.

What to expect from the Fortnite Reload Squid Game event

Fortnite Reload ‘s Squid Game event is bringing a lot of changes to the game mode. For a list of changes, check out the sections below.

As part of the event, Reload’s map will be taken over by the Squid Grounds, a Squid Game-themed map featuring sets and games from the show. The Squid Grounds will take over as the only map for Reload during the launch weekend until 7 a.m. on Monday, June 30. From then on, it will take over Oasis in the map rotation.

With a new map comes new items! Three new items are being added to the Reload loot pool:

There are two Squid Game bundles releasing in the item shop at 8 p.m. EDT on Thursday, June 26.
